We worked with SMS when we realized we didn’t really understand what was driving our numbers. The consultant spent time digging into our operations and finances and showed us where things were hemorrhaging money that we hadn’t been paying attention to. Once the issues were quantified, the path forward became much clearer. The tools and structure we were given are things we’re still using, and they’ve changed how we think about running the business day to day.
