Before we brought SMS and specifically Dave in most of my day was constantly putting out fires and I did not trust the data in my own systems enough to make confident decisions. He introduced certain methodologies like BloodWall processes that gave me a whole new way of looking at my business and a real framework for solving problems instead of just reacting to them. We identified and implemented $128,000 worth of improvements during the engagement and there is a whole list of additional opportunities we are already working through. My management team is now meeting weekly, tracking KPIs, and excited about where we are headed, which is not something I ever thought I would be saying.
