Over the last 3 weeks Mark has worked with our staff onsite and has been very dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient. This has been an enlightening and learning experience for Nancy and myself. What truly set them apart was their hands on approach to create new systems and reporting. The learning curve was not as steep as we had expected and the amount of data we now use to make decisions is staggering. Before Mark came in I was always worrying that I had overextended myself and afraid of failure. Now with his help and guidance I have a better understanding of our business operations and how they should be run.
