I can honestly say that it probably helped save our company.

We had been in a bit of a sales rut for the last three years. Revenue was down 30% and we were struggling with growing labor costs and our ability to finance our day to day operation. SMS and more specifically Jonathan helped us get more organized and efficient. One of the most valuable areas he helped us improve was managing our cash flow. I know that sounds like a simple thing to tackle but that probably says more about the inefficiencies we had and the state of our business. However, within the first six weeks we noticed a visible improvement in how we conducted business. He then moved on to reshaping my management style, moving me from telling employees what to do to asking better questions and training them to develop solutions on their own. This bled into every aspect of our business planning, from strategy and structure to team alignment and long-term growth. I guess I just wanted to thank Jonathan for his dedication and willingness to provide the key honest insight no matter who it pissed off. I can honestly say that it probably helped save our company.
