I'm a Realtor in San Pedro, and I've recommended Marc to several clients after seeing the work he did rebuilding a home next door to a listing I had. Not only did he do a great job for those homeowners, he also made sure that my sellers' home and adjoining landscaping was either unharmed during the process, or completely restored at the end if there was damage. He also kept the worksite next door very clean, which was important for our property showings.
Subsequent clients whom I've referred to him have all been very happy with his work and his work ethic. Marc does things right, and he doesn't cut corners. He's fairly priced and shows up when he says he will. I believe he's an honest man who follows the Golden Rule.
