I have a seventeen year old daughter who just started driving and asked her to find a place to have her oil changed, she found a coupon for this company for $9.95 for oil change and tire rotation(coupon didn't show any exclusions). The following day she took her car to solo tire PROS and was told that this coupon was only for 4 cylinder cars at this point she called me and I spoke with the man(bob) who repeated the same story and I asked how much to do her car he answered $22.95 I said does that include the tire rotation he said he didn't want to do it and instantly gave the phone to my daughter and walked away. i would hope this does'nt happen often GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
