Always a task to return anything

I have purchased from Sonic in the past, the prices are always good as they are buying in bulk.
Anytime I have had issues with anything, returns are a hassle. If its buyers remorse, I don't mind paying the shipping. If the device is defective out of the box, I do mind paying the shipping.
We were communicating over this issue, the emails ceased after I said I didn't want to pay the shipping. Multiple emails with no response now. I have started a case with ebay as well which will force them to pay the shipping in the end.
Carefully do business with this company. Make sure you have the ability to retract your funds if the item is defunct.

Of course if there is certain unusual issues pertaining to the order we will pay for the shipping back.
