On 12/16/08 my husband and I called Soundview Radio and Television to have our television repaired. Soundview returned our TV "repaired" on 12/27/08, then on 12/28/09, the TV was not working again. We called once again, and they stated that they would pick it up the following day and that the parts were already ordered. Please explain to me how parts on an already "repaired" TV could be ordered. Well Soundview delayed over a week to pick up the television. It is now February 10, 2009, and I still do not have my television returned. Soundview states that "the parts are ordered". I requested to have my money returned to me and he can keep the TV. I was told no and to take them to court. This is the worst service that I have ever received!!!!!
