We hired SLR for a fairly good-sized bathroom remodel. They are in the Valley, we are in Manhattan Beach. Did their crew show up? You bet they did! 8:30am each and every day without fail until the job was done. And btw, they completed the job on the exact date that they promised in the beginning.
I work in my home every day and having strangers in my home is quite discomforting. But this crew were amazingly polite and sensitive to our family's needs and privacy issues. They were all quite professional and pleasant to work with. I especially like the relationship that you (Oren) have with your crew: it was patently obvious to me that they like you and they respect you, as you treat them with a friendly respect as well. Clearly they want to please you!
By the way, I have already spoken to 2 couple who have recently finished their remodel projects and they have such horror stories! One couple said that their contractor delivered all materials on palettes to their driveway, then never came back! The other couple said that their contractor was scheduled to show up, but each day, the customer had to call (this went on for 5 weeks!), and each day he was promised a full working crew, but still nobody showed up. Until finally he threatened to sue and the crew finally showed up! I was almost embarrassed to admit that we just didn't have any of these problems working with you and your company.
I can't wait to get started on our kitchen later this year - and guess who we have already decided to hire? South Land Remodeling!
