I was recently towed by Southside Towing and what could have been a really horrible experience turned out to be a rather positive one. The staff at Southside made it positive because they were professional and courteous in the face of a really bad situation (I had parked my car in a lot where I wasn't supposed to park, and when my ride dropped me off and left my car was gone...... ) I had no idea if my Mercedes Benz was stolen or what..... I finally figured out where my car was located, I called Southside Towing and made arrangments to obtain my car. It was an overall great experience compared to what I expected; they were funny and it turned out really well.
