We are seniors in north county. Our insurance company recommended Southwest Restoration and they did a fanstastic job. They were curtious, respectful and very hard working. The owner returned all calls prompty and gave us $250 off our deductible. I suspect the gentleman J A who gave such a negative review must not be disclosing the whole story. I have recommended Southwest Restoration to all my friends and neighbors
