I purchased a pump for my hot tub from Spa Components and Spapumpsandmore.com. After only 9 months, the pump stopped working and sounded as though it was coming apart. I actually sent a video of what the pump sounded like to the company. The response I got from their employee Frank Rizzo was "what do you think this is MTV? Sending us a video!" He then advised me none of their products have a warranty. After contacting the BBB, this companies response was unbelievable. Filled with false claims regarding a very rude employee and my phone calls to the company, they have refused to contact me regarding a defective product. The same employee, Frank Rizzo, advised me that he was the only employee available. He apparently wrote the response to the BBB!
The company, Spa Components, also operates the web site spacomponantsandmore.com. Don't spend your money with this company! Customer service is COMPLETELY non-existent! Stay away from them! There is something very suspicious about the way they do business. They don't deserve one star, but I suppose it is the lowest rating we can give!
