Not sure why you had a bad experience with them. I see this site hasn't been updated in a while, but I started working with Spa De Soleil about 4 months ago and many orders have gone out, all of them in perfect order and received quickly. I have a small
spa in Los Angeles and Spa De Soleil has the supplies I need, locally and have been responsive to me so far.
