Take my advice and steer clear of Sparkles Forever. I purchased 2 rings from them, only ONE ring arrived. I was charged over 100.00 for both. I called and emailed.
No one answers their telephone. They have an answering machine pick up but they do not return phone calls. I left in excess of five messages and have yet to receive a call back over two weeks later. Additionally, they do not respond to email. I have emailed them 6 times with my order number, all information asking where my second item is. They have NOT REPLIED even once. I'm honestly flabbergasted that they can remain in business. Read their reviews on Amazon.com (i wish I had before purchasing)
I have never in my 31 years delt with a company that didnt have just bad customer service, they have NO customer service. Essentially they have stolen my money, because they have not delivered the goods I paid for and seemingly I will never receive them.
I would be more than happy to join the other unhappy customers who have been robbed and file a joint lawsuit.
Stay Away from Sparkles Forever.
