On 6/24/11 I had Specialized Surfaces out to clean and reseal my slate floor. I had a few tiles that had been replaced in the center of the floor and they used the wrong grout color during the installation. To say the least, the tiles looked in stark contrast to one another. I wasn’t expecting to much, but was curious when they said they could match and stain the grout color to make a uniform appearance. You know how sales guys are promising the world, but he said he had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also that if I wanted, the owner would be happy to walk the job with me before I paid. The technicians that came out were Miguel and Jaime and were awesome. They arrived on time, well mannered, and knowledgeable about the products. Floor come out better then expected, Specialized Surfaces made my old floor look and match my brand newly installed floor. Miguel and Jaime did an excellent job. I will be referring them to my friends.
