Ordered an "in stock" item (Dec. 09) and decided to call after hearing nothing for a week. No one answers the phones for existing orders so I used the trick posted here to call as a new order. Parts of my order were apparently out of stock, but no one bothered to contact me about it. A week after my shipment arrives my Visa debit card provider fraud unit calls asking me about all these charges I never placed (in the thousands!). Speedytoys.com was the only place I used this card on the internet and the charges were made out of Valencia (near Los Angeles).
My advice is to stay away from this place. I wish I had read the reviews here before placing my order.
