★☆☆☆☆ | Complete Betrayal of Veterans – Avoid This FacilityAs a veteran who came to Coast to Coast / Spencer Recovery Centers seeking trauma and behavioral health treatment, I have never experienced such a deep level of neglect, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. This organization markets itself as a place of healing and dignity for veterans, but their actual operation is entirely money-driven. Once they have your money or insurance locked in, the care stops, the communication goes dead, and you are completely ignored and silenced.The administrators and leadership, including Chris Spencer, refuse to answer basic inquiries, right their wrongs, or even offer a simple apology for substandard care. They claim to teach dignity, but they treat vulnerable service members with absolute carelessness.Do not trust your mental health, your recovery, or your loved ones to this facility. They are a predatory, heartless operation that targets veterans in need and leaves them worse off than when they arrived. I am currently submitting a full evidence packet of their regulatory violations to the California DHCS, the Joint Commission, and state representatives to ensure they are held accountable. Stay far away.
