Awful...awful service. We ordered Appliances for a remodel and Hope helped us. Don't EVER trust what she says. First I called to make sure the appliances were ordered (we had already paid in FULL for them) and she told me that NO she hadn't ordered them yet because we hadn't paid for them. YES we had paid for them she just forgot. So she told us they would be in Thursday (well everything but the dishwasher) by noon. So we went to pick the appliances up on Thursday and NOTHING was even there. She totally lied. And now she won't return my phone calls...she is making her assistant deal with it. And the latest is that they won't be able to deliver them until Tuesday. While our clients kitchen has been done for almost a week now and because of her mistake it's just sitting there waiting on the appliances. Hope has been terrible to work with and I will never ever use her again and would not ever recommend anyone to her or standards of excellence. I am very very disappointed and hate when I get the run around.
