Very Poor Business Practices and Support
We were sold a bill of goods. Matt Coffel, Their Sales Rep, promised to stay in touch - promised to help us maximize our results. We have emailed and called him repeatedly. But, we get no responses and no answers. When we have reached out to corporate
- we are told Matt is a 3rd party contractor and they have no responsibility for his promises. No help there. We were promised a video - and the video the video we received was NOT even related to our business - we ended sending them a video we produced a
couple of years ago. When the lost he contract the store we were originally promised - the store they said they would now put us in were pretty useless to us. When we complained about this - they hid behind their contract and what their rights were in the
contract. They do not follow up, The did not deliver on promises, they are not customer oriented. Dont waste your money.
