Last week I had an inspection done to this property I was planning to buy in Carson California. I thought the house was in excellent condition. I was recommended to StateWide Inspections by my agent. I gave StateWide Inspections a call and schedule an inspection and was surprised on what the inspector found out about the property I was interested in. He found out that the plumbing was not properly installed and the electrical was posing a fire hazard in the attic. I was also impress with how fast I got my report. And also the report was easy to read and understand. I was going to have my friend who is a license. Contractor help read the report and go over some of the technical construction terms but when I received the report I found out how easy it was to understand. Also during the inspection the inspector was patient with me and answered all the question I had asked about the property. I got to see and learned more about my property. Thanks to StateWide the problems that the property had are going to be fixed and I can buy the property I wanted. My contractor friend was also impressed. Thanks again StateWide Inspections
