Irresponsible! I called them on a Thursday and was delighted to hear that someone could come out that next Saturday - any time - "The whole day is open at this point." I chose them to show up at my house at 2 P.M. on Saturday but at 2:30 no one had shown up AND no one had called to confirm or apologize for being late. When I called them, their office told me the cleaner was busy at someone else's house who had flooding and he had probably just lost track of time. She would call him and then get right back to me. By 3 P.M. I'd heard nothing so I called back at the office but this time I got no answer so I left a message that I was anxious to hear from someone about when my carpets could be cleaned. At 3:30 I called again, but again, no one answered. At 3:40 P.M. I called Stanley Steemer who came right out and did a wonderful job. I will never give Steam Bay another try.
