This company wanted to charge me $795 for a fan motor. The tech told me my ac system does not take some freon that it is obsolete. I was so mad I still paid his diagnostic charge of $59.95 and called another company and said it was misdiagnosed and said it was a capacitor and only charged me $163.97. I tried calling steves to get my diagnostic fee back because the tech didn't properly diagnose my unit and spoke with Donna and she told me I should have got a second opinion from another tech from there company. I guess I'm out 60 dollars I will never call them again, lesson learned!
