I just closed the purchase of a very complicated short sale property with JJ, and I would not have been able to sleep well tonight if I did not give him the credit he deserves. That is the least I can do for the amount of work he gave to this transaction. He was so patient, he kept me informed at all times, and he managed all aspects of my transaction with so much dedication, ethics, professionalism, and patience. And in the end, he made it happen. I am not an amateur buyer. I have worked with so many agents and JJ knows that, so he knew he had an experienced buyer and in the end, he really shines.
