Graduation Announcement Nightmare

We placed an order for our sons graduation announcements. We emailed them a picture to go in the announcements. The person working on the announcements cropped the picture where my sons face is so large that it cropped the tassel off his cap. They also turned the picture the wrong way. We submitted it just the way it should have be printed. We called them after receiving the announcements and the pictures. They didn't even have a copy of the picture that they sent us. They only had a copy of the picture we sent them. We had to scan in the picture and send it to them. They said they would reprint them the right way and over night them. They called again the next day to say they had problems and it would be another day before we would receive the pictures. Now our announcements are going to be going out late to our friends and family. I certainly hope that they put my comment on the web so people can see just how they work, but I doubt it because they only want positive feed back and not realistic feed back of how things go when they mess up someone's order. If you want your order to be late and them to call with excuses why you won't receive your items on the day they promised, then order from them. That's what happened to us. We paid the price for a professional company to do a professional job, instead we just got our items 3 days later because of multiple problems with their company. Not a professional job at all. Our son will remember his graduation with this mess attached to it.
