I called Straightline Tax Services owing about $20000 to the IRS and $5000 to Indiana. I spoke with a gentleman named Brandon who seemed like a very knowledgeable person when it comes to taxes. After having a 20 minute conversation with him about my situation, he explained why they, nor anyone else, could NOT get the debt reduced and told me what my options were. I feel obligated to write this review because of his honesty and integrity. I had shopped other firms before speaking with him, and none of the other representatives seemed as knowlegable, and all of them said they could save me thousands of dollars but would need a sizeable service fee. Straightline Tax's honesty was what won my business and referrals of family and friends.
