I totally agree with Lisa. I have been with Sundale for 20 years and the last 10 have been awful. These people are ruthless. She is right, there is on governing entity to regulate these mutual water companies. They can basically do what ever you want. I have been to their meetings on several occasions where the board claims they want the share holder input before making rate decisions when the people speak out they get outraged and start the personal insults. Then they do what exactly what they set out to do, no even considering the share holders input. They refuse to provide financial statements to the share holders claiming that you have to be at their year end meeting to get them. She is right about the board being your neighbors, but she may not know that the presidents daughter is also an employee of Sundale. I personally encountered late fees on late fees which at 25.00 per fee added up to a tidy sum. Was threatened with shut off. I detest the way this board and their employees treat the shareholders! Its pay your bill and shut up!
