Sungate installed twelve solar panels on the roof of my house. Sales presentation was good. Very informative. Customer Service during this process has been excellent so far. The installation of the panels did have an issue. It took two days to install
the panels. On the night of the first day of installation, our power went out in our house when we tried to turn on the hallway lights. I called Customer Service but since it was late, they could not contact the installers to fix the problem. I was offered
the option to bring out an outside electrician to resolve this issue. I decided to try to reset the electrical panel and was able to turn on most of the power again. The next day, the installers discovered that they accidently caused a short during the installation
to one of the circuits. They fixed the problem and everything has gone smoothly ever since. I recommend that every light in the house is checked before you allow the installers to leave. We are currently waiting for final approval from LADWP to turn on our
system.
