I ordered a pair of glasses online from this company and so far it has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. I paid full retail for glasses and was promised a few extras to be included valued at $35. I got the glasses as promise only to find they appear to be used with no sticker on the front lens as all Casa Delmar's have (per company itself). There is evidence they have been cleaned. In addition to that the promised $35 worth of extras was not included but the WORST part is they do NOT return emails or have a phone number. I will never buy from a company that does not have a phone number to contact ever again. I have been trying to email for 4 days with no response. I intend on contacting my CC company and asking them to get payment back from them. I have never had to do this but it appears I must.
In the case of most of these reviews you got what you ordered and on time but if you did not and found yourself trying to contact this company this is when the fun begins.
