Caution, my experience at Sunlandrv in Las Cruces, N.M. has been horrifying, I bought a 2012 unit had several issues, Service Advisor lying to me, telling me one thing and trying to charge me another, even tried to charge me for items that were under warranty, that he could not find the problem. I Advise you if you must use their services, get it in writing, they will LIE and try to charge you more. I had to call Keystone in order to get some of the charges that they tried to charge me for warranty concerns waived.
I got my unit home and still have same issue. After taking to another Keystone dealership in El Paso they actually ordered me a new baggage door because Sunland RV moved a latch over and left holes in the door, as they stated not my fault latch was not put on correctly, why did not Sunland RV order me a new baggage door, because they just don't care. Also, Sunland RV put a new motor on my landing gear, which it was still blowing fuses when I got it home, other dealership is changing out landing legs since there is approximately 2" of play and when the legs are lowered they are at an angle which binds the motor assemble. Why did not Sunland RV find this problem. Service is horrible; they sold me my unit, took my money, and treat me horrible.
I suggest you find a different dealer, but if you choose to take your unit to them for repairs don't sign blank work order get pricing in writing I was told that something was going to cost $250 and they tried to charge me over $1000 after all was said and done, they brought it down to $410 I was not informed of any increase at any point. And again lying to me and now I hope it will cost them by you not going to them. I did tell the Manager that this was going to be the worse $150 that they misquoted to a customer and did not inform me of any additional cost. They told me $250 and that is what I expected to pay not $410 what I had to pay to get my unit out of their shop.
