Holding my $7k captive and never calling me back

In July 2020 Sunwest Trust used to be affiliated with I-Trust Capital, where I opened my IRA account, and so I wired my funds to Sunwest and had them credit my I-Trust account. All good!
Dec 31 2020 I wired $7000 to Sunwest Trust again with directions to credit my I-Trust IRA account. When I did not see the money in my I-trust account I called and was told they are no longer affiliated with Sunwest Trust and gave me new wire instructions.
I tried to get the money reversed back to me by my bank, chase, and they are telling me it HAS to be refunded by Sunwest Trust.
1/20 I got Monic Flores on the phone, who was very nice, and she said she would call me back in a few hours. SHE NEVER DID. I called and left her several message, and still nothing. I called the main number again and after several attempts was able to talk to another person and they explained that the issue was given to a VP to handle, Cynthia Archuleta, so I left her a nice message asking her to call me back and send me my money. NOTHING
I have been calling Cynthia Archuleta and leaving messages almost every day. NOTHING.
WHY WILL SUNWEST TRUST NOT GIVE ME MY $7000 BACK????
