System Pavers does follow through on warranty repairs
This is a review on System Pavers in Denver, CO. We has a paver walkway and artificial turf installed in November of 2015. The installation of the turf was sub par. There are bumps, waves and it is pulling up from the sides. We contacted System Pavers in May 2016 for a warranty repair. A team was supposed to be out in June 2016 to repair the turf. I followed up with System Pavers in August 2016 because it looked like nobody had been out to fix the turf. They did not return my calls. I had to open a case with the BBB to get them to call me back. They told me that they thought that they issue was resolved and closed. That made no sense to me since I hadn't received a phone call from them and the turf still looked the same - wavy, bumpy and pulling up on the sides. They did send out a representative who agreed that it looked like no repairs were made on the turf. He did show me pictures that he claimed the workers took on the day that the repairs were made. I pointed out to him that even in the pictures the waves and bumps were very visible. He said that he would have his "A Team" sent out to fix the issues. Well, almost 2 weeks later and I have not heard anything from System Pavers. No follow-up whatsoever. They turned this issue into something I may have to take them to court over. That may be the only way that I can get them to respond and honor the warranty agreement I have with them.
