i have officially been ripped off by TFE Games, which is part of TFE Entertainment. i ordered from them on April 7th...i started sending emails...NO response to 5 emails sent to BOTH email addresses they list (tfegames@gmail.com, and customercare@tfeentertainment.info). they are a scam. they didn't charge my card until 2 full weeks later on 4/21/11. currently i have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a dispute with my credit card company. i asked to cancel my order in plenty of time before they charged my card. remember, they didn't respond to any email i sent. they are the worst company i have ever done "business" with. NEVER again...i am doing my best to smear their name across the internet to warn everyone else. below is a copy/paste of the BBB report i filed: Because of the 5 emails without a response, and because my confirmation number was "not valid" after the 5th email asking to cancel my order due to no responses, I thought they canceled the order as requested. As a result, I was charged a $35 OD fee by my bank because I had given up on ever receiving the order sine they did not respond to ANY email and because they had not charged my CC yet. Plus, I ordered free 2-day shipping. Game was released on 4/19/11 and I was told on the phone on 4/13/11 when I called that the game will be sent out on 4/19/11 and I would receive it no later than 4/22/11 due to the free 2 day shipping. I was under the impression they had canceled the order since they refused to answer any of the 5 emails I sent. On 4/21/11 I was charged $157.31, which was 2 full days after the game was released. My confirmation number is now working again and my estimated delivery date is 4/25/11 (even though on the phone on 4/13/11 I was told I would receive it by 4/22/11). I had already bought the game from another merchant and therefore didn't have the money to pay for TFE's because I thought it was canceled. I was charged $35 OD fee from Bank of America because TFE waited and charged my card 2 full weeks after I ordered the item, and 5 full days after I requested to cancel the order via email. I have complete records of everything I am writing about. Resolution Sought: Give me the refund I asked for after refusing to answer any of the 5 emails I sent in addition to the $35 OD fee my bank charged me due to the fact that I had given up on the company, especially since on 4/15/11 my confirmation number did not work anymore. Since then, they have put it back up without notifying me that it had not been canceled. I clearly asked for help on canceling my order on 2 emails sent on 4/14/11.
