When I was researching whole house water conditioning systems I happened to call Teer Water Conditioning. They told me about the brand new Hanish WaterCrest-10 Whole House Physical Water Processing System and I was convinced that this was exactly what I wanted.
Dan came out and we began the "world's longest water filter installation project" because of all the constraints of my old adobe house. Dan helped figure out how we could do the installation (it took a lot of creativity) and was there to help me every step of the way, from figuring out how and where the filters could be installed, to locating and replacing the old water line, and to designing and building an insulated enclosure so they could be installed safely outside the house.
Now everything is up and running and I'm VERY HAPPY with the filters themselves and with Teer Water's service and helpfulness. They certainly went the extra mile(s) to help me accomplish a very difficult installation and it came out beautifully. I'm thrilled to be able to drink water from any tap. It tastes clear and clean, and feels better, too, soft and clean. No salt, and no wasted water. (By the way, in the cold snap of Jan/Feb 2011 the filters were just fine in their insulated, heat-taped housing.)
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Teer Water and the Hanish Whole House system.
