My mom and I are single women and depend on the expert advise and service of trusted companies. We have used TLC for numerous services but will never use them again. Our AC unit was not serviced properly this summer and as a result we have had an extremely hot house. Our neighbor saw me trying to determine the cause of the unit not working properly and quickly assessed the problem - it was dirty. Not dirty from this season but caked on grime from last season. The unit was so clogged the water was not being distributed evenly thru the unit and what little water it was getting was not enough. We were lucky the motor did not burn out. Mom and I are very disappointed, we trusted these men to carry out their professionalism and it did not happen this year. We will look for another company.
