They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DECEIVING business I have ever dealt with. I have worked with Mark, Amanda and Jeorge. Every conversation has been like pulling teeth to get business handled. Not one transaction has EVER been taken care of without
a half dozen follow up calls. And most of these calls, with each of these persons, have resulted with a total recall of the commitments made in the original call. They will promise you the moon in one call then will take of the promises and when you follow
up… ‘Oh that is not at all what was promised’. I truly have lost count of the times this example has occurred!! The issues, that ALL lead to misrepresentation of the services, began immediately after purchase in March 2012. To begin within the sales presentation
we were not told that they way you would receive your savings would be an internal credit system. The only way to actual receive your savings would be to apply credits that have a 12 month expiration to future purchases. So after conversations numbering in
the teens with supervisor Jeorge, in an attempt to right the wrong, he FINALLY refunded (1/5th of the purchase price) $1000. He also waived the next year’s annual membership renewal fee $400. AND refunded all the earned credits that were about to expire $155.
In an effort to recover some of our lost investment with above mentioned adjustments was now $4000 we continued to use the service. This has continued to be a very painful experience. It has still taken dozens of calls to get each transaction completed and
with each there have been examples of the above mentioned false promises!! Now that ANOTHER annual renewal is due I cannot find a way in my mind to make anymore failed financial contributions. In all we consider this endeavor to has COST us $1350!! I want
to do ALL I can do to get the WORD OUT TO THE WORLD TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Professional Travel Center, TPC Pro Travel, Nexion Llc. or enoyaccess.com
