Quality is simply so-so

I LOVE the pieces on this website- seriously, I have to edit my cart down after I browse, because there's so much I want. However, the quality simply doesn't match the prices. If I'm paying $50 for a necklace, I don't want any chipping or fading or "greening!"
Unfortunately, some of the things I've bought from the site have turned out to be cheap. The designs are great, I just wished the actual pieces were too. (Bonus: free shipping for $20+ orders.)
