SCAM ALERT! When I first called them I spoke to their sales associate Mike Jackson. I was EXTREMELY specific about my situation and even told him time was of the essence. He assured me they were able and willing to take on my case knowing all the details, but unfortunately after taking my money I found out a month later by making numerous phone calls, emails etc. that they were unable to assist as originally promised. This wasn't the worst part by far. I finally received a phone call back after almost a month of having my case file from an attorney named Mikhail Baklan. It was the first time he's ever looked at my file and apologized saying he was on vacation and just got back. He went on to tell me what I was trying to achieve is NOT what their law firm does and explained to me something totally different than what was sold to me by Mike Jackson. He did however say that he would speak to management and other attorneys to find out what the best course of action would be and would get back to me. Mikhail did call me back & solidify that they wouldn't be able to do what they originally promised. I then reached back out to the original person I spoke to "Mike Jackson" and left numerous voicemails & emails that he never would respond to. My patients were growing very thin at this point so I decided to reach out to management in which I got a hold of a gentleman named Ladd Vance. I explained everything that I went through the last couple of months to him and he seemed like he really wanted to help which was a fresh of breath air. I explain to him the circumstances and asked for a full refund since they were unable to keep their promise of the service they said they could provide. He said he would have to check with management and would get back to me in the next day or two. After a week and a half I decided to reach out to him since I haven't heard anything back in which he explained management is reviewing it still. I then get a phone call from Mike Jackson who says his manager is on the phone and would like to speak to me. It was very early in the morning and I was driving on my way to a meeting but I figured I needed to take this call now considering I can never get a hold of anyone. He proceeded to transfer this lady (wish I wasn't driving so I could've written her name down) to me who was so extremely rude and condescending from the get go. She basically said I was a fool and wasting my time and money going after the IRS without any guarantees of success. I explain to her that's her opinion And that was my course of action which I explained to everyone from the beginning months prior. I asked her at this point I would just like a full refund in which she replied she would have to go back and see how much work they put into this case before refunding me the balance. I said to her that they haven't done any work on this case nor if they did it wasn't for what I was promised they'd be doing for me. She was so extremely rude and unprofessional that I hung up on her and called Ladd immediately to find out who this lady was and to file a complaint. When I called back and asked for Ladd the receptionist transferred me back to the same arrogant and unprofessional lady that I had just hung up on. She answered the phone "What is it now!" I asked to speak to Ladd and she replied that she was his boss and I already signed a contract with them and Ladd couldn't help me. WOW! This absolutely set me off as I've been in the customer service business for over 25 years and could never imagine speaking to a customer or another human being the way she did to me. Nonetheless there is so much more that happened but to get to the point I recently received a release of liability along with a bogus invoice of work they said they performed on my behalf. The offer was half of what I gave them upfront (almost $7k) Not only that, this is September 2019 and they want to give me two separate payments starting with the 1st payment in February 2020 and the rest in March 2020. Are YOU KIDDING ME! I'm reading over the invoice they sent me and it's a complete scam of false charges of so many items of things they never did or did after I told them I wouldn't be using their services. Bottom line is they're messing with the wrong customer because unlike most people I don't lay down and will fight this in the court of law.
