I was being garnished and they stepped immediately to stop the process. Later they negotiated with both State and Federal taxes.
I actually received a refund from the State and was able to settle my Federal taxes for 1000.Oo and a promise to pay and file for the next 5 years. They worked my debt down from about 20,000.00. It was a miracle for a person suddenly forced into disability. I recommend them highly.
I was always treated with kindness and understanding. They always explained the process and what I needed from own records for them to do what they do best. Very good experience.
