These praises are certainly NOT what I have experienced!

My experience with this "company" which appears to not even be a real brick and mortar business at all, charged me $600 to simply FILE my taxes (something Block or any of the dozens of well established companies would have done for less than half the price).
I had several years of unfiled taxes and they led me to believe they were dealing with the IRS on my behalf because I signed power of attorney forms, etc. When the IRS contacted me again to start another wage levy, I called these guys back to find that the
$1800 I had already paid them was just to FILE the forms. If I wanted them to represent me to the IRS, that would be an additional $2500 to START the process! (I called up the IRS and handled the situation on my own!) I found out today that now the Monkeys
have charged me an additional $400 when I no longer have any further obligations to them whatsoever! SO now it will be another challenge of phone tag and who knows what else to get my money back! THIS review is real. Don't use these people! They will make
monkeys out of all who do!
