Do not buy from Techronics.com

I have read some good post from different people about Techronics.com. It Won't be so good when you're electronic item goes bad and they do not warranty it. When I bought my speakers made by focal they told me that I had a two year warranty on those speakers.
I had a speaker go bad and they told me to send it back. I sent it back and 2 1/2 months later I still have not received my new speaker. I even asked them to be send back my old speaker that I sent to them they told me they were going to send it Back to me
and I still have not received it. They run a bad business their customer service is horrible. I will never ever deal with tectonics com ever again Very upset
