Exercise extreme caution with Terminix in Albuquerque.
We signed up for their service plan. Their first visit they missed their appointment. After a week of missed appointments and unanswered calls, all they did was spray in a few spots. Within days we had bugs galore coming inside the house much worse than before. When we called again, they never sent anyone. After a month, we required a refund under their service guarantee both by phone messages and then receipted mail. After another month of trying to get in touch, we tried contacting their National office, who always promised to have the refund sent to us and the Albuquerque office would contact us as well.
After being lied to several times, we contacted the Better Business Bureau who helped resolve the dispute and we received our refund within 10 days. They claimed they were undergoing a management change, but the records I found on that did not substantiate this claim.
We have also had friends complain that they needed Terminix to come up almost weekly for months, because the bug prevention job was never done. One friend videotaped a sprayer just walking around the house going through the motions without anything actually being discharged from the sprayer (that is, he wasn't spraying).
So be careful with them and make sure you get what you are paying for.
