I recently requested a catalog from this store and found that their prices are very reasonable. I did a little reasearch and found that most people seem to be pretty satisfied with the service from this company as well.
I bought about 20 different items to setup my new fish tank and was plesantly surprised. Everything was shipped quickly, nothing was missing and the shipping charges were very cheep! On top of that, the prices were great and selection second to none.
A few weeks after I got my filter from them, the motor went out (no fault of That Pet Place). I called their customer service and the sent me a replacement right out and a return shipping label to send back the defective item. When i called, there was no waiting for customer service. I got right through. They didn't give me any hassle about returning the item.
Thanks a million That Pet Place. You have a customer for life!!!
