I was led to a website by telephone which indicated that Credit Exchange was accredited and in good standing with the BBB.
This website had all of the logos and other markings of the BBB and the BBB stated, "This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. This fact does not disparage the company in any way."
Therefore I investigated further and determined to contact my bank and commence a "Stop Payment" for the draft of $1,100.00+ for my creditors and Service Fees of $59.00 of which both would be paid each month.
It was not explained to me how my credit card bills would be paid off quicker at $1,100.00/mo than the $3,500.00 I had originally paying.???
This Company's communication skills are sorely lacking in all areas.
They have the right idea in trying to assist but they must learn to communicate properly.
