Run for a lawyer and don't look back!!! What reputable sales person on this planet would take a distraught woman, unemployed, just had a bunch of hospital bills with no insurance, plus huge charge card amounts, and give them a bunch of numbers over the phone, talking and NEVER letting me put the phone down. I thought that it could possibly work, so I sign up by checking some boxes giving them authorization to my bank account. Then I get sent to some verification person where I have to answer "yes" or "no" if I agree or understand something. I got referred back to the original sales rep almost every third question. He told me to just say yes or no and don't worry about it...always an answer for everything. I finally got through that part and went online a bit further and found the normal awful scummy reviews! I called my bank late at night and reported fraud so they would lock down my checking account. Then the next day I opened new accounts at a different bank. I also called one of the major credit reporters so they would flag my social security number. I know chapter 13 isn't pretty, but it beats this any day!
