I wanted to sign up for this "Free Trial" and I read that you can cancel after the initial 14 days if you call their toll free number (877) 377-4967. I have been tricked like that before and wanted to check it out ahead of time. I dialed the number listed and the phone rings 1 time, goes silent for about 5 seconds, and then emits a busy signal. I tried it SEVERAL times and got the same result each time. How am I supposed to cancel if the number is not in operation? Beware before ordering anything from this company!!
In all fairness, I did notice that you have a different phone number listed here for them (877) 377-4968...I called and was able to get through right away. The problem is that the other number is listed on the online sign-up sheet so it seems a bit deceptive. However, now that I know how to cancel if I need to, I may give the product a try.
