Dear Trust Link Participants
I have sent personal messages to many of you but also wanted to place this message publicly for those I have missed or who sign on later. I work for FRS and I would like to help those who believe they were charged incorrectly. Management of the company has changed and as of the end of June there will no longer be an "auto enroll" program. This program has created confusion and in some cases, unhappy consumers. In the future people who ask for a free trial will receive it and then later be invited to order product with absolutely no obligation. Hopefully all of these older issues have been refunded/resolved but if not, please send me an email at csweat@frs.com with your name, email (that you used in setting up your FRS account) and the order number, as well as the amount you are owed. Please note that my note is solely intended to help you in the event you haven't already received a refund...your email, name etc will absolutely not be sold or used for other purposes. On behalf of the company, I regret that your experience with the free trial "auto enroll" program was unsatisfactory and wanted you to know that that program has been terminated.
