I was skeptical about signing up for the free trial offer because they automatically sign you up for repeated deliveries. I didn't want to feel pressured to order more of the product, so I called their 800 number to cancel the automatic shipments. They did so immediately without any sales pressure whatsoever. After I received the product and had a chance to try it, I signed myself up for the automatic deliveries. I was amazed at the change in energy level and focus I felt within just a couple of days. I really love this product, and I'm delighted with their customer service department as well.
