I too signed up for the free sample, evidently not seeing the "automatic shipment" agreement. I do not believe it was clearly stated. I e-mailed the company and asked about the shipment I received. They explained everything to me and offered if I returned it, they would credit my account. It was credited within the month. I did like the product, however there is too much in one "automatic shipment" for me to consume. Kudos for the quick response and action I received.
