We bought the GTL test to see if our son needed to fight for parental rights when his former girlfriend had a baby. The GTL test showed he was NOT the father. Then the girlfriend gave our son's name to the ORS to collect child support so the State paid for another DNA test with a different company. The results were identical.
They obviously know what they're doing. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had results within a week of sending the samples. Keep in mind that even WITH a witness, some states will not recognize the results unless you have samples from both parents. Ours was not a legally binding test because we only had our son's and the baby's DNA, but it sure made me feel better and kept us from having to hire an expensive lawyer.
