I had a lot going on in my case. It is embarrassing for me to go into particulars, even as anonymous, but it was a felony-prison case. I hired 2 other lawyers to fight the case. I needed a good outcome to keep my business and my kids. Nothing was getting done and the lawyers only returned my calls to get money. Then I remembered that I used Mr. Cognata 5 years ago for a DUI and that he did a great job, so I called him and hired him for everything and fired the other two lawyers. Man o man, am I glad that I did!....Mr. Cognata came to court on a 1 day notice and wrapped everything up. He had a very friendly relationship with the D.A.. He dismissed the felony and reduced the charges and the things I had to do....no prison; no jail!! I keep my business and the kids. He must have an angel on his shoulder.
